Welcome to GasBoard Prep, a service provided by 8 O'Clock LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

Our platform provides AI-powered anesthesiology oral board examination practice. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Access and Availability

GasBoard Prep is currently offered without any purchase requirement. All published mock exams are available to every signed-in user as well as guests who prefer not to create an account. Legacy purchases remain recorded for historical accuracy, but we no longer accept new payments or maintain an active checkout experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by 8 O'Clock LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8 O'Clock LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 8 O'Clock LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

9. Recording and Transcripts

By using the examination features, you acknowledge and agree that your voice may be recorded and that transcripts of your sessions may be generated and stored. These recordings and transcripts are used to provide the service (e.g., transcript review and performance analysis), for quality assurance, and to improve the product. We retain these materials for the duration of your access period and for a reasonable period thereafter as described in our Privacy Policy. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
